Spanish Cooking Classes and Market Tours
Taller Andaluz de Cocina – Cooking School is located right inside Triana Food Market. We offer daily food market tours and cooking classes.
During our guided tours, you will learn about locally grown products and participate in the selection of some ingredients that will be used later in the cooking class. You will also meet many vendors, some of whom have been there for generations. As we are located inside Triana Food Market, we can find the best fresh and seasonal ingredientes.
Our 3 hour hands-on Spanish cooking class consists in 4 course menu: cold soup, entree, main dish and dessert. Classes are taught by a professionally trained chef in English.
During the class, guests have the chance to get involved in the preparation of the dishes, as classes are designed for both novice and experienced cooks that will be able to learn and develop new techniques and skills.
